Navy Midshipmen

The Navy Midshipmen play at Alumni Hall in Annapolis, Maryland, competing in the Patriot League. Navy combines military service with Patriot League basketball. The Midshipmen's gold and blue colors and the Naval Academy's prestigious tradition create a unique identity among college basketball programs.

Navy reached the 1986 Elite Eight behind the legendary David Robinson, one of the greatest college players ever. Robinson went on to become a Hall of Fame NBA player with the San Antonio Spurs. The Midshipmen have made seven NCAA Tournament appearances. Navy's student-athletes serve as future military officers.
