Overview
The East Tennessee State Buccaneers play at Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson City, competing in the Southern Conference. The Bucs bring competitive basketball to the Appalachian Highlands. ETSU's blue and gold colors and mountain setting create a strong following in the SoCon.
History & Legacy
East Tennessee State has made nine NCAA Tournament appearances. The Bucs have been one of the Southern Conference's most successful programs, winning multiple conference championships. The program has produced professional basketball players and built a strong tradition in Johnson City.
