Furman Paladins

The Furman Paladins play at Timmons Arena in Greenville, South Carolina, competing in the Southern Conference. The Paladins have emerged as a SoCon contender with a growing basketball tradition. Furman's purple and white colors and Greenville's dynamic setting create a distinctive identity.

Furman stunned Virginia in the 2023 NCAA Tournament first round, one of the biggest upsets of the tournament. The Paladins have made eight tournament appearances. Frank Selvy scored 100 points in a single game for Furman in 1954, one of the most remarkable individual performances in the history of the sport.
