UNCG Spartans

The UNCG Spartans play at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina, competing in the Southern Conference. The Spartans bring SoCon basketball to the Piedmont Triad. UNCG's gold, white, and navy colors and Greensboro location create a competitive identity.

UNCG has made three NCAA Tournament appearances and won Southern Conference championships. The Spartans have established themselves as a competitive SoCon program. The program benefits from the rich basketball talent in the North Carolina Piedmont region.
