Western Carolina Catamounts

The Western Carolina Catamounts play at the Ramsey Center in Cullowhee, North Carolina, competing in the Southern Conference. The Catamounts bring SoCon basketball to the Great Smoky Mountains. WCU's purple and gold colors and mountain setting create a distinctive identity.

Western Carolina has competed in the Southern Conference and has built a basketball tradition in the North Carolina mountains. The Catamounts continue to develop their program and compete in the SoCon. The program benefits from its scenic mountain location.
