Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks

The Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks are the men's basketball program of the University of Louisiana at Monroe, playing home games at Fant-Ewing Coliseum. Formerly known as the Northeast Louisiana Indians, ULM basketball has a long history across the Southland, TAAC, and Sun Belt conferences, and the Warhawks have historically been one of the more consistent regular-season contenders among the smaller Louisiana programs. The team's identity is built on steady, disciplined coaching over splashy individual stars.

The University of Louisiana at Monroe was founded in 1931 as Ouachita Parish Junior College, and its basketball program has been playing continuously since the 1973-74 season under various conference affiliations. Over its history, ULM has claimed 10 regular-season and 8 conference tournament championships across the Southland, TAAC, and Sun Belt. The Warhawks have reached the NCAA Tournament seven times, though they are still seeking their first tournament win, with their most recent appearance coming in 1996.
