Arkansas Razorbacks

The Arkansas Razorbacks bring the 'Woo Pig Sooie' call to Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville, one of the SEC's rowdiest and most distinctive home environments. Red and white, Arkansas represents the entire state's football identity in a conference otherwise dominated by multi-school states, giving every Razorback Saturday extra statewide stakes. The program's blend of Ozark pride and SEC-level competition has produced flashes of real national relevance across its history.

Arkansas's football program began in 1894 and claims one national championship, in 1964, when an undefeated Frank Broyles-coached team went 11-0, capped by a Cotton Bowl win over Nebraska, and was named champion by the Football Writers Association of America and several other selectors after the major wire-service polls had already crowned Alabama. Long a Southwest Conference power with 13 SWC titles, Arkansas moved to the SEC in 1992 and has since claimed division titles but no outright SEC crown.
