We needed heat breaks

6 stadiums will have heat advisories as of now and possibly in the future. Add the humidity and we could see multiple strokes. This is why the hydration breaks do need to happen. This is one of the hottest world cups of all time. And two stadiums are domed, which improves the conditions but the rest are dangerous.
