Top fan take from @jacksauer2: “Tough loss in this one. Had multiple leads that should’ve been held on to that we just let go. Aneesah Morrow had a first half double double but didn’t play quite as well in the second half ending with 17 points and 16 boards, still a great performance but needed to be a bit better in the second half. Kennedy Burke made some big shots but overall Connecticut struggled at the end of the game. HVL put up 9 points for the second game in a row and yet again made a big impact passing the ball. She’s been very good off the bench in her first couple games in Connecticut. Sucks to start out 0-2, but obviously its still early in the season and there’s plenty of time to turn things around.”
