Nets only led once, early on and never led again after that with each quarter only adding to the deficit for Brooklyn. Even if you didn’t have the score, just watching the game and/or staring at the box score could tell you how this game went. The only positive I see for Brooklyn beyond draft position is Noah Clowney had a good game. Meanwhile, the Heat cruised to victory. I’d say Bam led the way with his 23 points, 9 rebounds and 6 steals. Herro’s efficient 22 and Jaquez’s 20 points off the bench were also helpful in this blowout. Always love watching Davion Mitchell, miss him on the Raptors. But yeah, this game wasn’t complicated, the Heat won easily and the Nets improved their draft position. Both teams got what they wanted and deserved. I will say, looking away from this game for like 6 minutes in the 4th to watch the Raptors game, only to look back and see the Heat lead jumped up to 20 gave me whiplash.”
