Miami jumped out to a 34–16 first quarter lead and led by as many as 25 points in the first half. Tyler Herro scored 25 points, while Bam Adebayo added 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists, also reaching 10,000 career points with the Heat. Detroit got 26 points and 10 assists from Cade Cunningham and 24 from Jalen Duren, but the Pistons never seriously threatened after Miami’s big early run. The win extended Miami’s streak to five straight victories, while Detroit dropped its fourth straight game.”
