“And that my friends comes the end of the 2025-26 NHL season. This was the first season I was truly a fan of the NHL. Despite living in New York, I watched every Bruins game I could. Come playoff time, I rooted for the Bruins harder than I ever had before and felt the pain when we choked game one. When we lost the series. Late in the playoffs, I made it a point to watch some puck every single night it was on. I started to like hockey much more than I ever thought I would. Before this year, I never liked sports where it was just back and forth and there would be a few goals over the course of the game. But I've become a huge fan of both hockey and soccer recently. I'm super excited for next season, with the Bruins fielding an amazing young core led by Hagens, Minten, and Khusnutdinov, and the veteran leadership of McAvoy and Pastrnak. Thank you to everyone on RateGame who has helped me become such a big fan of hockey this year. Special thanks to Flame, the biggest hockey fan on this app!”
