“This is what I feared on a back-to-back coming off a demoralizing OT loss. Still, I’m not looking for that panic button. We knew this was gonna be tough, especially without RJ, but we’ve got a rematch in the NBA cup, we’ll make up for this loss there. As for this game, Knicks hammered us. It’s really that simple. Scottie Barnes did his best with his solo run at the end of the first half, but not even his greatness could make this game close. It happens. Lots of time to figure out where we went wrong. Starting with the awful shooting that is returning to this team and the escalating to that rebounding. Hard to beat a team that has 2 guys get 12+ boards.”
