I was so ready to call this game incredibly frustrating, thank god they made this a game, but the basketball gods had even worse pain to deliver. No Shai, no J-Dub and they were still getting their clock cleaned. The Raptors started out hot, but gradually fell further and further behind the Thunder culminating in 2 4-point plays in 2 minutes late in the 3rd quarter to put the Thunder up 25. I was so mad, felt like we couldn’t stop a breeze. Refs did not help us at all. Especially that ridiculous illegal screen on Ja’kobe when he was set perfectly. I nearly brushed this off as a blowout. However, the Raptors cut the deficit down to 18 in the last minute and a half of the 3rd and then went on a 18-3 run and tied the game in the 4th. Right when I had hope, the Thunder went on a quick 9-0 run and as if that didn’t hurt enough, Scottie clearly hurt his knee. Raptors didn’t give up, but the Thunder still cruised to a win. I’m very happy with the resilience. Hopefully Scottie is okay. Please.
