“The Sparks had already gone through an eventful day before this game even started after Kelsey Plum was traded away, but this game took away some of the sting from this lost season! The Sparks got off to a great start in this game as they would get a solid lead very early! They were never able to really pull away, but they held onto that lead until late in the third quarter. That’s when Portland made their big comeback push! The Fire would be right on top of the Sparks going into the fourth quarter, and this set up a great finish! It would turn out to be a great finish and I was very scared when Bridget Carleton hit that insane 3 right at the very end to make it a 1 point game, but LA would pull back away! The Sparks finally break their 6 game losing streak!”
