“USA wins, but not very convincingly. Senegal held 55% possession and had many chances that they should’ve taken, but USA was lucky enough to hold on. Sadio Mane was huge for Senegal with both their goals, but Pulisic also stepped up big for the US, assisting Dest on his first goal then scoring to give us a 2-goal lead 20 minutes in. Balogun scored twice in the second half, but one was taken back. There’s a ton to improve upon but we also substituted our entire team for the second half, with the full starting lineup with normal substitutions I think we’ll be much better. Any day is a good day when the United States of America wins!!!”
