“You guys all don't even realize how close I was to going to this game. In the end, I chose rest over fun, which I kind of regret but it is important. Watching Austria get off to a strong start with chances did make me a bit nervous, I cannot lie. But it was the 21st minute that saw Austrias first goal, Der Team up 1-0. An absolute beauty of a strike finding the back of the net. After that, Jordan picked up the pace and you could tell the Chivalrous Ones wanted to get on the score sheet, and they did that in the 49th minute off the counterattack and a beautiful finish to tie it back up for Jordan, and they continued it by putting a lot of pressure against Austria. Jordan actually would be the one to score next, but it's Al-Arab getting credit for the OWN GOAL, making it 2-1 Austria. Still though, i was waiting for the moment for Jordan to tie it back up, and they knocked at that door multiple times. But austria scores off the pen to ice it. Great atmosphere from the Jordanian fans tho.”
