Both the Warriors and Raptors come in with a recent injury to one of their most beloved players, one injury much more severe than the other. Raptors win this game with relative ease, mainly thanks to Immanuel Quickly’s best game of his career. Quickly was feeling dangerous early, hitting back-to-back 3s to start this game. Barnes was being aggressive and Gradey Dick was going hard (I’m not sorry). The Raptors were on a rampage in the first half and it looked like that would continue in the 3rd. However, I got a pit in my stomach when the Warriors went on a hot streak to end the 3rd quarter. The Kuminga buzzer beater had me shook. Buddy Hield then decided to turn into NBA 2k16 Steph Curry because he couldn’t miss. Full credit to the Raptors; they did not shrivel up and die, Quickley became the playmaker who set up Ingram, Mamu and Scottie to help us keep up. More of this from Quickley and the Raptors offensively please. Best shooting from the Raptors all season so far.
