“I've always loved Allen Iverson. A short guy, but man he could dribble, he could shoot, he could pass, he was the prime example of what a point guard should do. He became an inspiration to an entire generation and part of that was games like this. 48 points in this game. Carried the 76ers the entire game and the Lakers, even with Shaq putting up 44 and a young Kobe Bryant, had zero answer for The Answer. As much of a 76ers hater as I am, I will always love Allen Iverson.”
