@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Magic vs Heat

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Magic vs Heat game 7.1 out of 10 in NBA on January 29, 2026. Final score: Magic 133 – Heat 124. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

The Battle of Florida teams who both once employed Shaq. We got a good high scoring game with a bit of an awkward ending. The shifts in momentum in this game were staggering. After a back and forth 1st quarter, the Heat strangled the Magic like they owed them money. It was like a mob interrogation, but if a mob interrogation involved showing how good their goons are at shooting people. It was just an 11-point lead after the 1st half and with Spoelstra on the sideline, it would take a great adjustment for the Magic to get back in this game. Spoiler: they adjusted or the Heat played like crap, you decide. The Magic did a much better job frazzling the Heat, making every sequence a challenge on offense, it allowed them to dominate the 3rd even harder than the Heat dominated the 2nd. It turned from a Heat advantage to even to a Magic advantage. 4th quarter was relatively simple for Orlando, until the Heat nearly challenged a foul, didn’t succeed and the game became a block party to end it.
