“Outstanding performance from the Lakers! Luke Kennard Legacy game! He didn’t even miss a shot from three! LeBron is still doing it at 41 years old. Both teams played game 1 of the series without their leading points per game scorer. Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves have been out indefinitely with injuries and both are probably going to miss this playoff series while Kevin Durant was a late scratch and he will probably be back in the next game. The Lakers thrived by hitting 60% of their shots while holding the Rockets to 37% from the field. That disparity allowed the Lakers to win despite them attempting just 66 shots. Bronny James also gets playoff minutes in this game which I thought was pretty interesting. Luke Kennard leads the way for the Lakers with 27 points.”
