Thunder completely annihilate Cleveland and get the best of them just like how they got the most out of pioneer head coach Lenny Wilkens while Cleveland couldn’t get enough momentum to put a big enough dent to win this game. The Cavs tried slowing the game down and OKC just kept pushing the pace on them. Fast-break points were dead even, but the real killer was points off turnovers. Anytime OKC frazzled Cleveland and go the ball, the Cavs couldn’t recover and the Thunder took full advantage. Ironically it was the Canadian thriving on an American holiday, Shai put up a typical 30 points with only 5 free throws. Chet nearly put up 30 points himself while playing great defense. Isaiah Joe was really cooking, especially in the first half, his off-ball play was excellent. Spida also got put in a prison against Lu Dort. 2 things can be true. Is Dort a dirty player? Yes. Is he an elite defender? Also yes. He’s far from the only one who has that archetype. Just ask Draymond Green.
