“This was an amazing win for the Mercury, but it made the Kelsey Plum trade sting a bit worse. The Mercury would probably be the better team overall tonight. That didn’t stop the Sky from keeping it close all night though! There was only one small run near the end of the first half where Phoenix had any notable lead, but Chicago made sure that didn’t last! This game would come right down to the wire where Plum would hit a clutch go-ahead three, and Bonner would make a game saving block! I know the Sparks had to offload Plum, but it doesn’t really make it sting less”
