MLB • Field of Dreams Game08/12/2021

As a Yankees fan, it sucked that we lost this game and I remember being devastated after it happened. Judge and Giancarlo each homered in the ninth and each were incredible as the Yankees came back to lead and I thought they had it. Tim Anderson had other ideas and Zack Britton blew the save. Looking back, I truly think the White Sox were destined to win this game as there’s something about those cornfields. One of the best regular season MLB games.

such a fun concept that the MLB absolutely nailed from the beginning. the whole presentation of this game was perfect to a degree where it honestly didn't even matter if the game was bad. fortunately, the game was awesome and we got a 6 run 9th inning ending on a walkoff for the white sox. i dream of a sandlot version of this one day but for now this is good enough.
