MLB • Field of Dreams Game08/12/2021

This was unbelievable to watch replays of. I remember watching this live and thinking this couldn't be real. Far and away one of the coolest atmospheres in all of sports. Rose Bowl, The Garden, and The Field of Dreams. To have this atmosphere was already enough but then these 2 teams decided to have Home Run Derby during the game including a walk off by Tim "Down Goes Anderson" Anderson to win it for the White Sox... one of the better baseball games I have ever seen with my own 2 eyes.

such a fun concept that the MLB absolutely nailed from the beginning. the whole presentation of this game was perfect to a degree where it honestly didn't even matter if the game was bad. fortunately, the game was awesome and we got a 6 run 9th inning ending on a walkoff for the white sox. i dream of a sandlot version of this one day but for now this is good enough.
