“Great game that feels like a missed opportunity. Neither offense was rolling in the first half, even open 3s were hard to hit. Both Toronto and Orlando were playing stifling defense in-between the blown shots. Ironically, the Raptors finally figured it out in the last few minutes and it culminated with Scottie Barnes throwing a cross-court pass to Walter to give the Raptors a 7 point lead going into halftime. They used that momentum and locked the fuck in for the 3rd quarter. Scottie Barnes especially imposed his will on the Magic with his defense and offense. Just when I thought the Raptors had figured it out and were gonna cruise to victory, the Magic used their magic unlocking spell and stole this game from the Raptors. I use ‘stole’ very deliberately because they were stealing the ball from us early and often while we couldn’t make a 3 to save our lives until it was too late. Desmond became the Bane of my existence. It’s a shame we wasted perhaps Ingram’s best game of the season. ”
