(Remember when we got those cool road wins in LV and Phoenix? Long time ago) Every time Los Angeles felt like it was having momentum, Golden State shut 'em down. A sad affair to watch, especially as the Sparks seemed to be better in the second-half, possibly even beating Golden State if I had the gall to take a look at a stat sheet. However, the Sparks offense dug a hole so deep it would be nearly impossible to get out. You dig? Gabby Williams led all scorers with a sweet sixteen. You’re about to hear some VERY rare words coming out of my mouth, ready? I did not watch this Golden State Valkyries game. I know I know. It was hard keeping up with the W while watching all the World Cup games (thank god NWSL on break) too much quality at once. Today was over the tipping point for me cuz I was actually at a game, but I should return to split screen and quad screen normalcy tomorrow. Anyways looked to be a blowout win, would’ve been a great first game back for me 👍👍👍

The third and final blow out of the night. Golden State’s defense was on display tonight. They had 13 steals and help the Sparks to 33% shooting and 14% from three. That is definitely a rough shooting night. How bad was it for the Sparks? The five starters scored 30 points. Ouch!! Gabby Williams had a nice night with 16 points. I this LA Will want to forget about this one.
