“Both the Cavs and Pistons have one more game 7 on their docket thanks to a somewhat comfortable win for the Pistons. Not too comfortable mind you as Cleveland managed to keep Detroit on their toes throughout the 1st half. Unfortunately for Cleveland, like many basketball games in the past year, a hot start to the 2nd half for Detroit, a 12-2 run in the first 3 minutes to be exact, propelled them to a big lead that they never gave up. The Cavs didn’t find their grave immediately. At one point they cut Detroit’s lead down to 6, the problem is they never got closer than that. The Pistons quickly got their lead back to double digits and spent the rest of the game with a double-digit lead. The 1st half was probably an 7 and the 2nd half was a 3, which makes this game a 5, with a couple small points taken away for the disappointment factor. Jalen Duren finally remembered he’s good now and still got outperformed by his backup Paul Reed. Detroit also proves that they NEED their shooters. ”
