“i was 10 years old watching this game. i thought everything was lost when we went down 9 with two minutes to go. then the run started. this team refused to die. they played for each other, and did what they had done all year long - play hard, play defense, make open shots, and keep believing. brandon rush will forever be my favorite player, and this will forever be my favorite game i’ve ever watched. i’ll never forget the feeling of jumping up and down, screaming that chalmers made the purest swish ever shot.”
