“I was really hoping that the Valkyries were able to keep this game a little closer, but at least they made this a pretty good finish. The first half would be some good back and forth action until the Lynx jumped out to a giant lead that they never gave up. Golden State did a good job chipping away at Minnesota’s lead, but they were never able to get particularly close until the fourth quarter. The fourth quarter salvaged this game a bit thanks to the Valkyries making the score respectable, but it wouldn’t be enough as the Lynx get the very strong win. I wanted more from the Valkyries tonight”
