Send a notification and/or email when you’re doing live chats. I had no idea you were doing it until I checked in the last 5 minutes.
As for the live chats themselves, it’s hard for me to say what you can do as part of it relies on ppl showing up. But I think providing some entertainment in this chat would help. Maybe play trivia during halftime or something like that. Give a reason to stick around besides chatting.
