Sometimes I have to take a step back and appreciate the fact that I moved to a sports town and just be happy about it. For context, I had to go to my grand-aunt’s birthday dinner tonight. 4th quarter was going on, and everyone was looking at a few people’s phone’s streaming the game. We all PAUSED ordering to watch that FG. The whole restaurant cheered. Building lights on my way home were orange and blue. Hell, even people at the courthouse I work at were wearing Broncos stuff yesterday. Say what you want, but I really really love living in a sports town, and I’m so glad that I get to finally be with my teams and a city that cares just as much as I do. I’m absolutely devastated about Bo, but I can’t help but be proud of this team. Let’s ride.
