“Despite Algeria controlling possession Switzerland dominated this game. They scored less than 10 minutes into the first half and second again 45 seconds into the second half to rip Algeria’s heart out. The Algerians never had any true goal scoring opportunities the entire game. They made some good run but they never put a dangerous shot on net. Switzerland is much better than I thought. I say that every time after I watch them play. In order to win you have to score at least one time. So with this loss my picks have probably ended. I tried my very best. It would be nice to have that Norway Iraq game back when I accidentally picked Iraq. But I’m 5 picks back of ILivenumbers. It’s not looking to good. Again, I’d rather come in 20th knowing I tried to win than come third knowing I played it safe. I guess there’s still some time so I’ll keep fighting. Hey, Belgium did end up beat Senegal. Anything possible! ”
