@nick's rating of Senegal vs United States

@nick rated the Senegal vs United States game 2.5 out of 10 in FIFA on May 31, 2026. Final score: Senegal 2 – United States 3. Friendly. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

Maybe it's because a little over 24 hours ago I watched the highest level of soccer on the planet and my brain is still using that as the benchmark. Cus what I saw with my own two peepers right now was downright terrifying. I know this was a friendly. I know players are being cautious with the real thing just 11 days away. But that was really really bad. Like MACtion soccer bad. The U.S. looked painfully slow in attack, while Senegal was somehow whiffing on chances inside the box. The passing was sloppy. The pace was choppy. Everything felt a step behind. I started watching around the 60th minute after seeing Senegal had scored their second, so I missed the goals themselves, but not for a lack of opportunities. Both sides were spraying shots all over the place. The contrast from yesterday's 2.5-hour soccer masterpiece was impossible to ignore. Glad @Landon asked for this one at least I'm prepared for the let down now. My god man how does this happen every single time???
