Galen Center is the on-campus arena for the USC Trojans, home to men's and women's basketball and volleyball in Los Angeles, California. The arena opened in 2006 near the heart of the USC campus, replacing the off-campus Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena as the Trojans' primary home. Its modern bowl and cardinal-and-gold branding give USC hoops a true campus home-court advantage for the first time in decades.
Galen Center gave USC a modern home venue after more than a century of planning for an on-campus arena, finally opening in 2006 as a $147 million facility. It has hosted Pac-12 and, since USC's 2024 move, Big Ten basketball, along with NCAA Tournament games and USC's perennially strong women's volleyball program. The building also serves as a graduation and events venue for the broader university community.
