Kyle Field

Kyle Field is the home of Texas A&M University Aggies football in College Station, one of the largest stadiums in college football and the SEC with capacity above 100,000. It is known as the 'Home of the 12th Man,' and its towering, fully-enclosed bowl generates some of the loudest recorded crowd noise in the sport. Game days are steeped in Aggie military tradition, from the Corps of Cadets marching in formation to the Aggie Band's precision halftime show.

Kyle Field traces its roots to 1927 and has been expanded and rebuilt repeatedly over nearly a century, most recently in a major 2015 renovation that pushed capacity past 102,000. Texas A&M's 12th Man tradition, with the student body standing for the entire game as a symbol of readiness to play if called upon, is rooted at Kyle Field and dates back to a 1922 gesture that became program lore. The deafening crowd noise there is among the most famous home-field atmospheres in college football, and the stadium has hosted numerous ranked SEC showdowns since A&M joined the conference in 2012.
