Overview
The original Boston Garden was the smoky, low-ceilinged shrine of the Boston Celtics, famous for its parquet floor and championship banners hanging in the rafters.
History & Legacy
Opened in 1928, it hosted Celtics dynasties and Bruins glory until it closed in 1995, replaced next door by the modern arena now known as TD Garden.
