Snapdragon Stadium is the football home of the San Diego State Aztecs in San Diego, California. The modern, multi-use stadium also hosts professional soccer, including MLS side San Diego FC and the NWSL's San Diego Wave, giving it a packed year-round events calendar. Its open-air bowl and close sightlines were purpose-built for both football and soccer atmospheres, making it one of the newest and most versatile venues in college football.
It opened in September 2022 on the former Qualcomm Stadium (later SDCCU Stadium) site, replacing the aging multipurpose venue with a sleek 35,000-seat facility as part of the larger SDSU Mission Valley redevelopment. Its first football game was a home win for the Aztecs over Arizona. In just a few years it has become a hub for the city's sports scene, adding San Diego FC's 2025 MLS expansion debut to its résumé alongside Aztecs football and Wave NWSL matches.
