    A Historic BTA

Canada gets there first World Cup win against Qatar, it started with who else Cyle Larin. And BC place erupts into a frenzy. Then, Mr Canada (Jonathan David) makes a statement with his first Goal in the World Cup at the 29th minute and if you think we were done nuh uh. Jonathan David Agian putting his mark with his second goal of the game! And the vibes in Vancouver are immaculate but then…Qatar decides to play a terrible bit of football and break Ismael Kone’s leg with him being carried off in a stretcher. But then in the 64th minute his replacement Saliba scores on a free kick. The first of the tournament and instead of celebrating he hold up Kone’s Kit into the air almost in tears. The rest of Canadas goals were a OG and yes a Mr Canada Goal making it a hat trick for him tying Messi in the tourney. So Ronaldo WE are good bro you can leave Jonathan David’s here

    The Little Magic Show

Less than 12 hours after former teammate Kylian Mbappé scored a brace and Earling Haaland scored 2 in his World Cup debut, Lionel Messi finds a way to outdo them both. At the age of 38, Messi scored his first ever World Cup hat trick and the 55th in all of World Cup history. He also becomes, by far, the oldest player to ever score a hat trick at the World Cup, breaking the record CR7 set in 2018 (he was 33). Keep in mind, Messi turns 39 in about a week on June 24th. To make this night even better, Lionel Messi is now tied with Miroslav Klose for the most goals at the World Cup ever. He passed Gerd Müller, Kylian Mbappé and Ronaldo Nazario in the span of 76 minutes. Messi also tied CR7’s record for the most World Cups with a goal, that being 5. He is the GOAT.
