“I went into this game expecting the worst, got what I expected and I am still bitter about it. The Tempo had me thinking we had a shot in that first quarter. They went up 12-3 less than 4 minutes into the game and I was like “maybe we can make this a game.” The Lynx did eventually restore order, but that bank shot 3-pointer from Juskaite had me hoping. 14 points in the first quarter for her was a great start. If Mabrey could find a groove, they might make this game respectable. Unfortunately, that did not happen, not even close. Brondello put it perfectly when she called it embarrassing. It was so bad that I straight up forgot to rate it until I noticed this rating in my drafts. I’m not mad at the Tempo, frankly I think there are plenty of positives to take from their season, but I am disappointed in a game like this. The reason I can’t be mad is because the Lynx are really good. Napheesa coming back should make them a force, why did it have to be against my Tempo? ”
