“Chicago had been struggling in clutch time, but they sure didn’t in this game! Las Vegas had the edge for almost all of this one as they led the majority of this contest! It was very close though for the entire first half. The Aces looked like they were finally starting to pull away as they had a double digit lead after the third quarter. Thankfully for my entertainment, the Sky would make a comeback! The Aces lead would disappear with 6 minutes to go, and this would be a stellar finish! Both teams were going back and forth during that stretch until I thought A’ja Wilson won it on a contested layup to break the tie with 7 seconds to go! That capped off a monster 36 point performance from the MVP, but it would ultimately end in disappointment as Sydney Taylor would hit a dagger three to give the Sky the lead with 2 seconds left! Las Vegas couldn’t answer in those last seconds as Chicago steals one from the reigning champs!”
