“There have been two games in the Women's National Basketball Association that have ended in quadruple overtime. The first game was won by the Washington Mystics against the Seattle Storm in a baffingly low 72-69 final score. The second game was won by the Washington Mystics against the Portland Fire. It was a tough effort by the Mystics, especially when the game was so long that a whole game (Aces vs. Sky) started and ended in the same timeframe, but everyone did their part against a crazy determined Portland team. One team had to lose.”
